Dear Guests,
As a part of our efforts to make stays safe and secure for guests and staff, we have launched an initiative, named Stay Assured, to ensure we are all equipped with relevant information and resources to reopen our doors.
The initiative covers multiple aspects, ranging from safety & hygiene guidelines to booking policies that ensure safety and flexibility in such times of uncertainty. It also covers precautions that each guest must take to safeguard themselves and the localities one will enter.
A lot of our learnings that have been put together come from our internal discussions. guest feedback as well as guidance from industry peers. We would like to thank our team and the entire hospitality industry for coming together, at such a time, to help each other learn and prepare for a new standard in hospitality.
